This policy explains how Go2Group collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit go2group.co.za or contact us. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Go2Group's businesses (Go2HR, Go2Talent, Go2Tech, Go2Work and Go2Travel) each have their own website. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy that applies when you use it.
What we collect
This website itself does not collect personal information, set cookies, or use analytics or tracking tools.
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us, for example when you:
- complete our enquiry form
- email, phone or WhatsApp us
- apply for a vacancy at Go2Group
This can include your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the details you include in your message.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- respond to your enquiry and send you the information you asked for
- put you in touch with the right Go2 business
- manage job applications to Go2Group
- meet our legal obligations
We will not sell your information. We will only send you marketing if you have agreed to receive it, and every marketing message will include a way to opt out.
Who helps us process your information
We use trusted service providers (called operators under POPIA) who process information on our behalf and must keep it secure:
- Zoho Corporation, which runs our enquiry forms and recruitment system. Information you submit through our forms is stored by Zoho in its [ADD: data centre region, e.g. United States or European Union] data centre.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website. Like all web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and block attacks.
Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we make sure the information is protected to a standard similar to POPIA, as section 72 of POPIA requires.
Embedded content and cookies
Our enquiry form is embedded from Zoho. Zoho may set its own cookies inside the form to keep it secure and working. See Zoho's privacy policy for details.
Videos on this site only load from YouTube or Vimeo after you press play. Once you do, those services may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for [ADD: e.g. two years] after our last contact with you, and job applications for [ADD: e.g. 12 months], unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe, including encrypted connections, access controls and two-step verification on the accounts that hold your data.

- ask us to correct or delete information that is wrong, out of date or no longer needed
- object to us processing your information, including for direct marketing
- withdraw your consent at any time
